Most people think pain starts where it hurts.

But what if it doesn't?

If you've been dealing with stiffness, recurring aches, or chronic pain that keeps coming back despite stretching, massage, physiotherapy, or exercise—you may be missing an important piece of the puzzle.

At Qi Movements, we believe your body is always communicating with you. Sometimes pain isn't simply a muscle or joint problem. It can be connected to how your nervous system responds to stress, how your body has adapted over time, and movement patterns you don't even realize you have.

That's why we're excited to welcome Therapeutic Movement and NeuroDevelopment Coach Tanya Mouland for a special free workshop.

During this interactive workshop, Tanya will help you understand why pain can linger long after an injury—or appear without a clear cause. She'll also guide you through a simple four-step movement sequence you can begin using immediately.

You'll discover:

✔️ How stress and pain throughout the body are connected

✔️ Why compensation patterns often keep pain returning

✔️ A simple 4-step movement activity to begin calming your nervous system

✔️ Easy exercises you can use at home to reduce tension

✔️ A bonus grounding exercise to improve body awareness

✔️ How stress regulation influences movement, aging, and physical ability

This workshop is for you if...

• Pain, stiffness, or tightness is limiting your daily life.

• You've tried different treatments but the pain keeps returning.

• You feel like you're doing everything "right," but your body still isn't cooperating.

• You want to understand why your body hurts instead of simply masking symptoms.

• You're looking for practical tools you can start using immediately.
