🌱 Wellness Wednesday Tip #27: Take a Mindful Minute 🌱
This isn’t about becoming calm, focused, or “good” at meditation.
It’s about giving your nervous system one intentional pause each day.
Most days move fast. Thoughts pile up. Breathing becomes shallow without us noticing.
A single mindful minute interrupts that pattern — not by fixing anything, but by bringing awareness back online.
Why this matters:
When you intentionally pause and bring awareness to your breath, even briefly, you signal safety to your nervous system. Over time, these small pauses improve emotional regulation, focus, recovery, and how you respond to stress — in training and in life. Sixty seconds done consistently is far more powerful than ten minutes done occasionally.

Sit or stand comfortably
Breathe in and out through your nose
Do not try to control your breath — simply notice it
When your mind wanders, gently return — no judgment
That’s it. The simplicity is the point.
