One of the things I've learned over the years is that pain isn't always about where it hurts.

Sometimes the body is protecting itself.

Sometimes it's compensating.

Sometimes it's holding onto patterns that developed years ago.

If all you've ever done is treat the painful area, you may never discover what's actually keeping you stuck.
