But your feet? They are always here.

One of the fastest ways to return to the moment is to return to your feet.

This isnโ€™t just mindfulness โ€” itโ€™s physiology.
Your feet contain thousands of nerve endings.
When you bring your attention to them, you redirect energy out of your head and into your body.

Hereโ€™s the tip:
Pause.
Take a breath.
Drop your awareness down to your feet โ€” right now.
Feel the contact between your soles and the Earth.
Press down gently. Wiggle your toes. Shift your weight.

Let yourself land.
